All warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The warranty does not cover:

2. Warranty Period

Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.

Most items are covered for 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product documentation.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  2. and include:
  • Your order or invoice number
  • Product name, model, and serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue and photos/videos showing the defect
  1. We will verify the purchase and forward your claim to the manufacturer for evaluation.
  2. The manufacturer may require product return for inspection.
  3. Once confirmed, we will facilitate repair, replacement, or credit — depending on manufacturer policy.

4. Inspection & Testing

Returned items are subject to evaluation by either SM America or the manufacturer to confirm defect validity.

If the product is found not defective or damaged by misuse, the claim may be denied, and inspection or restocking fees may apply.

5. Remedies

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement with an equivalent or new product
  • Repair of the defective item
  • Issuance of credit toward future purchases

The exact remedy is determined by the product’s manufacturer and may vary by brand or category.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SM America’s total liability under any warranty claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • SM America shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to downtime, labor, or loss of revenue.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to SM America’s products and replaces all other warranties, express or implied.

7. Non-Warranty Repairs

If your item is out of warranty or not eligible, SM America can assist in arranging a paid repair or replacement quote through the manufacturer (when available).
