1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Wire / ACH Transfers (for approved B2B customers)
• Purchase Orders (Net Terms) — available to verified corporate clients upon credit approval

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

This ensures that sensitive data such as payment details and account credentials remain private and secure.

• Payment card data is never stored on SM America servers.

3. Fraud Prevention

To protect against unauthorized transactions, we may perform additional verification for certain orders, including:

• Address and billing information checks
• Verification of company identity for large or high-value orders
• Manual review of suspicious or flagged transactions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.

4. Purchase Orders (PO Accounts)

Approved business customers may request Net-term accounts (e.g., Net-30).

All PO transactions are subject to internal review and credit approval.

Late payments may result in account suspension or interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination and will appear during checkout.

International customers (Canada, Mexico) are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
